They say “Laughter is the Best Medicine”. I couldn’t agree more--so much so, I’ve made laughter a central part of my yoga practice. Besides the fact that I simply love to laugh, there’s a scientific reason behind Haha Yoga. Doctors agree: laughter not only improves your mood, but can also relieve pain, protect you from the damaging effects of stress, and even strengthen your immune system.
