Let your laughter FLOW!


1. Prepare a bottle of water and a yoga mat. If you have them, you might also prepare a fresh towel and yoga blocks.


2. Wear comfortable sports clothing that take into account your comfort and ease of movement. No shoes or socks.


3. Attend yoga class on an empty stomach. Practicing yoga with a full belly could cause stomachache, bloating and gas. As a general rule, try not to eat anything within one hour before class.
